Event Description
With support from International Development Research Centre, Canada (IDRC), Cambodia development research forum (CDRF) organises 2009 symposium to bring together policy makers, development partners, and researchers from all corners to share knowledge, exchange ideas and techniques, and discuss issues pertaining to development research in Cambodia in the aim at improving research capacity among them to contribute to the national development strategies and policies.
The symposium welcomes paper submissions from researchers, practitioners, lecturers, professors and students in but not limited to the following topics:
• agriculture, natural resources, rural livelihoods in transition
• the importance of broad-based economic development
• promoting equitable social development
• improving good governance
