New Rural Paradigm for Rural Areas

Dear DRF members,

As I see, there is no discussion in the area of Rural Livelihoods, so I'd just like to share this new rural paradigm with all of you. I think rural development/livelihoods seems to be a complicated topic, involving many key actors. The approach for rural development has also shifted from time to time. I hope you all will greatly learn from these concepts. And I have two questions for discussion:

1). What do you think are the key sectors for rural development in Cambodia?

2). Is Cambodia presently developing more rural or urban areas?
