Welcome to DRF, what are you working on these days?

. I am currently the new Technical Advisor for FACT (Fisheries Action Coalition Team) here in Phonm Penh with offices in Kampong Som, Siem Reap and soon in Kratie. It is important for FACT to be aware of the rights of fishers and the social-economic context that Cambodia's small scale fishers find themselves. It is a very difficult life, especially for the floating villages of Tonle Sap, which essentially have no rights...there are interesting challenges here, Fact continues to try and influence government policy on these and other issues...let me know what you think...

and yes, it is a very nice profile photo, mine was taken while working on a beel lake in Bangladesh
