Hi Navy Thanks for the response. Yes U are right I am not Cambodian, but I am really enjoying being here and of course for guy interested in fisheries I am in the right place. I am from Canada. It is amazing that there is another Navy Hort publishing about fisheries....It seems we are both interested in livelihoods, I have started to write something about livelihoods for FACT on the Tonle Sap, maybe U know something about Tonle Sap and can help me? I want to look at what factors are making peoples livelihoods (ex.floating villages) resilient to shocks or what allows them to be adaptable, flexible, FACT is looking at peoples migration around the lake....

Anyway write me back about what kind of things you are working on and maybe we can sit down and discuss them....

I like your photo!.I will try and find one of me to post...

Have a good Phcum Ben holiday.

My name is Ron Jones, the new technical advisor for FACT, based here in PP and I think that we share a lot of the same concerns, I have been reading this morning about the Right to Food from Fisheries, this concept of Food as a type of Human Right is very interesting....it involves the fishers right to access, and that the state cannot implement programs which undermine that access..hmmm interesting idea

I am a new member of the DRF, signed up at the CDRI/CBNRMLI symposium, send me a note here or through jonesr@fact.org.kh
